Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist property owners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• * Canvas/network with homeowners in storm damage areas
• * Provide free damage inspections/assessments and report findings to homeowner
• * Review XL Contracting’s credentials with homeowner
• * Explain the agreement between XL Contracting and homeowner
• * Assist homeowners with filing their insurance claim and explain the entire claims
• process
• * Meet insurance adjustor to discuss the scope of damages
• * Turn insurance approved construction projects into the production department

Qualifications

• * An outgoing personality and ability to successfully develop positive customer
• relations
• * Great at multi-tasking and possess excellent organizational and time management
• skills
• * Strong customer-service orientation
• * A competitive spirit and a positive will to win attitude
• * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• * Enjoy traveling
• * Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle required (truck preferred)
